Roberts skills as a tradesman and manager were recognised at 20, when he was promoted to foreman. He continues the tradition of apprentices moving through the ranks to management roles at Cockburn Joinery. Robert leads the workshop to produce high quality joinery, also acting as trainer and mentor to the workshop staff.
